Mind Over AI
“AI is only as good as the people wielding it,” said Sarah Vivienne Bentley, framing the essential truth of our technological age. Artificial systems echo their makers; they inherit our logic, ambition, and bias. John Lennon once said, “Give me a tuba, and I’ll get something out of it,” reminding us that mastery, not machinery, creates meaning. It is worth noting that research labs now track concrete hazard categories, including the misuse of AI for biological and cyber attacks. When guided with wisdom, AI amplifies knowledge and imagination.
